This book is a culmination of the author's learning about the law and maybe in some way how to get back to living in reality..  Interestingly, many of us don't even know of this problem in explicit terms... Some of us got out of bed and insisted things are not as they should be and the well of knowledge has a lot of us never wanting to look back ever again.  Maybe you realized that by digging through the details, you found where the devil exists.  Wow, the deeper you go with this information the more you understand that it's talking a deeper language, and I hope you all give it a chance to speak to you.  I've been following this work for years, and Kurt Kallenbach's book is easily one of the most important books released in 2023, perhaps it is the most important book of the last 10 years in terms of its wide-reaching impact - if YOU have the eyes to see, or if you have a birth certificate introduce yourself to this material.  Challenge yourself.  It blows my mind that the intellectual world has turned a blind eye to this information so far.  When I ingest facts and I hear the "ring of truth" the material hits me in the head like a bag of bricks, maybe they are thoughts I mistakenly chased away previously,  or I get educated in a way that just makes sense.  The rest is self-evident.  Highly recommended reading...  AND - get yourself a witness.

Was the Anti-tobacco and Nicotine Smoking Movement The Government

 Corporations and businesses were in line with government's movement to squash smoking tobacco from the onset.  Before laws were designed, the banning of smoking from office places and other public venues was already being enforced.  I remember this movement, and how it gradually became harder an harder to smoke.

But maybe it had to do with scientific findings that cigarette smoking did in fact have some benefits.  But don't say it out loud, because censorship will find you! Thought control, as in having more control over thoughts is a positive, as is maintaining a higher level, on average, of learning

In English law:  A person who, being an alien born, has obtained, ex donatione regis, letters patent to make him an English subject, a high and incommunicable branch of the royal prerogative.], letters patent to make him an English subject,-a high and incommunicable branch of the royal prerog­ative. A denizen is in a kind of middle state between an alien and a natural-born subject, and partakes of the status of both of these. The term is used to signify a person who, being an alien by birth, has obtained letters patent making him an English sub­ject. The king may denize, but not naturalize, a man; the latter requiring the consent of parliament, as under the naturalization act, 1870, 33 & 34 Vict., c.

A denizen holds a position midway between an alien [ex. someone living in U.S.] and a natural-born or naturalized subject, being able to take lands by purchase or devise [1870, when alien were  allowed], but not able to take lands by descent (which a natural-born or naturalized subject may do). The denizen becomes a British subject from the date of the letters while a natural­ized person is placed in a position equivalent to that of a natural-born subject. Naturalization of aliens is now governed by British Nationality Act.

In American law, a dweller; a stranger admitted to certain rights in a foreign country or as one who lives habitually in a country but is not a native born citizen; one holding a middle state between an alien and a natural born subject. One who has some relation to the enemy nation which is not lost by the alien's presence within the United States. United States ex reI. Zdunic v. Uhl, C.C.A.N.Y., 137 F.2d 858, 861; United States ex reI. D'Esquiva v. Uhl, C.C.A. N.Y., 137 F.2d 903, 905. Thus, one who lived and worked in Austria in 1938 at time Germany obtained control of Austrian government, and continued to live there until leaving for the United States in 1939, at which time he was issued a German passport, was a "denizen" of Germany, within Enemy Alien Act [The denizen therefore becomes an enemy of the state.] United States ex reI. Zdunic v. Uhl, D.C.N.Y., 47 F.Supp. 520.

A denizen, in the primary, but obsolete, sense of the word is a natural-born subject of a country.  Acceptance of the birthday makes one a denizen of England.

Initial Period

Government officials should be approached, diplomatically, and asked to explain or prove in detail, who is responsible for what when they got the authority over us without proper meeting of the minds. 

 To put focus to the events of the `initial period` is simple, because if you ignore the contrived birthday and start from the true beginning, fertilization, ONE begins to see government lacking authority and jurisdiction as man/woman does not have any paperwork attached.
